w00t just beat my previous BT Speed record by heaps
It actually peaked at 900kb/sec however I didn’t get a screenshot of it.

In tech news: theres been a couple of Firefox exploits lately (amazing) but by installing the latest nightly Avairy build it should fix it all.

I think Symantec products were hit by a large critical bug too. (unrelated of course). More info here

w00t I finally convinced my parents to buy a Media Center PC. For those that are unsure of what a Media Center is – it is a modded version of XP (still by Microsoft) that runs your TV. It supports many things (radio, pictures, movies, DVD, TV (recording and viewing)) in an easy to use interface.

As for School news…I’ve made many a friend (believe it or not %D). Thanks to Andrew in my school group who has been a great friend and welcoming me into the school Not much homework as of yet but I’m expecting it eventually.

Well…Its been nearly one week at school.

My timetable is great:
Mondays – Finish 2:15
Tuesdays / Weds – Finish 12:45
Thurs: Finish 3:15
Friday: Start 10:15 End 3:15

Everything seems fine I suppose – made a few friends but still getting into it. Maths Studies seems WAY too easy. Its like a huge downgrade from specialist but its all I need so thats cool %D

IT seems crappy but easy – seems like its the exact same course as bloody last year. Starting with damn MS Access databases that noone bloody uses any more.

Maths Apps is just…easy (business crap) and so is music (no more crappy music history yay). I’ve only had 1 lesson of physics and it was ok I suppose. Thats the subject that’ll probally be the hardest.
